An opportunity exists for enthusiastic and motivated pharmacist to join our friendly and dynamic Pharmacy Department at Austin Health.

We are seeking an experienced clinical pharmacist to work within our Cancer Services team and provide pharmacy services to haematology and oncology patients in the ambulatory setting including a new home-based cancer care program. This is a 3-year fixed term Grade 2 pharmacist position.

The Pharmacy Department provides comprehensive high-quality care to Austin Health patients and supports other members of the healthcare team in all aspects of medicines management.

Eligibility

• Previous experience in haematology and oncology clinical pharmacy services

• Excellent communication skills.

• Relevant post graduate qualification

• Demonstrated teamwork, initiative and innovation
