An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic Senior HR Systems Analyst (DBA) to join our HR Shared Services department.

The functions of the Human Resource Management Information Systems team are to support the management of our Human Resource Information Systems; (Chris21 and HR21), Kronos rostering solution, product integration and organisational structure maintenance and reporting. The effective operation of these systems is required to support staff and for business-critical processes such as recruitment, payroll, work cover, scheduling, and organisational management reporting systems.

You will have appropriate qualifications/experience as a Systems Analyst and have data analytics experience including reporting from databases using SQL and Excel. Ideally you will have experience working with HR Systems, primarily Kronos,  with Chris21 knowledge being an advantage.
