RADIOLOGY REGISTRAR (YEAR 1), Austin Health

An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic Registrar (Year 1)  to join our Radiology Department in 2019.

Austin Health Radiology Department operates on both Austin and Repatriation Campuses. The Department is equipped with a full range of state-of-the-art imaging equipment including multi-slice CT, MRI and high-resolution ultrasound equipment.  There is a wide range of interventional procedures performed, particularly in hepatobiliary and oncology intervention.

The Department is accredited by the RANZCR for up 17 training positions and up to five fellowships.

Details of position/position requirements

  • Registrar (Year 1, to commence accredited training position in 2019 )

Joining current group of radiology registrars in training, reporting, interventional procedures and exam preparation

There will be 1 position available for 2019 (commencing Feb 2019) with the following requirements and entitlements:

  • Full-time 43 hour week
  • CME and salary packaging entitlements
  • On-call requirements (evenings and weekend rostered sessions)
